"The hotel is very central and convenient for sightseeing and getting to the airport as it is close to Serdika station. We went in the height of summer and found the air conditioning to be poor as it was centralised. However the receptionist who waa available on chat was very helpful and brought us a fan to help. The hotel rooms are basic and a little worn but was pretty good value for the location and price."
